Dec. 15, 2005: LonMark To Sponsor Demo, Educational Sessions At AHR Expo

SAN JOSE, Calif. - LonMark International has announced that it will be sharing its expertise on specifying, deploying, and maintaining open, interoperable systems to attendees of the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo) taking place January 23-25, 2006 at McCormick Place, in Chicago. LonMark® members will provide live demonstrations and free educational sessions at the show.

At the LonMark booth (#3749), visitors will see live demonstrations of open, interoperable products from leading suppliers. According to LonMark, the demonstration will include numerous human machine interfaces (HMIs) and head-ends connected to off-the-shelf products from multiple suppliers.

The free educational sessions will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 24, in Room S101a. The sessions will be hosted by industry experts on the following subjects:

  • LonWorks® Technology 101 - 8:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m.

  • How Open Systems Save You Money - 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

  • What's New in the World of LonMark? - 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

  • Specifications – the Good, the Bad and the Ugly - 2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.

  • Networking Building Controls: The Key to Efficient Design and Implementation - 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
