  • Service Experts Inc. (Dallas, TX) has made three new senior management appointments. John Hubbuch has been appointed vice president of Finance, Mark Dolan has been appointed vice president of Operations, and Ian McKeen will serve as vice president of Marketing.
  • CMS Viron Energy Services (Overland Park, KS) has been awarded a contract valued at $2.4 million from the Chambersburg School District in Chambersburg, PA. The company will provide facility upgrades for a middle school designed to lower energy and operational costs by an estimated $130,000 a year.
  • S.I. Goldman Company, Inc./Comfort Systems USA (Longwood, FL) has been selected by general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC (Maitland, FL), to provide hvac and plumbing systems for the Colonial Center Building 200 at Colonial Town Park in Lake Mary, FL. The five-story building has a nine-month construction schedule.
  • Rodenhiser Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning (Holliston, MA) recently hired John Kerns as its director of permits and compliances. Kerns will be responsible for ensuring the firm complies with state and local regulations.
