  • Illingworth Corp. (Milwaukee) was named Subcontractor of the Year by CG Schmidt (Milwaukee). A subsidiary of Emcor Group Inc. (Norwalk, Conn.), Illingworth's recognition was based on such factors as teamwork, quality of work, leadership, safety, innovation, and schedule compliance, according to Jon Scholz, CG Schmidt's vice president/project management.

  • Air Comfort Corp. (Broadview, Ill.) promoted Fred Litke to director of technical services. The company also recognized service technicians Bill Lockridge and Joe Kubiak with Quality Improvement Process awards for the first quarter of 2004. The award recognizes employees whose outstanding efforts contributed to the company's success.
