Joe Ivey, president and CEO of Encompass Services Corporation (Houston), has resigned from the company. Hank Holland, COO for Encompass, will assume additional responsibilities as interim president.
Dennis P. Falvey, former director of the New York State Dormitory Authority, has been named a senior engineering manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) (New York).
