Rick Turlin and Joe Mahler of Welsch Heating & Cooling Co. (St. Louis, MO) recently fabricated a new donation box for the James S. McDonnell USO at St. Louis’ Lambert Airport. Turlin and Mahler donated their time, and the company donated the material, for the project.
