July 4, 2011
KENNESAW, Ga. - Carrier Corp.’s Automated Logic Corp. (ALC) has acquired AERO Integrated Solutions Inc. (AERO), an independent ALC controls contractor with offices in Glen Allen, Va. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
AERO designs, installs, and services building control systems for a wide range of customer segments, including schools, colleges and universities, government and commercial offices, and data centers, throughout the state of Virginia. It has been an ALC dealer since 1989. Steve Loving, AERO president, and the firm’s management team will continue in their respective roles.
“AERO is an exciting addition for Automated Logic,” said Lauren Kolb, president, ALC. “Steve Loving was an ALC employee prior to joining AERO as its president. Under his leadership, AERO has grown to be a very successful Virginia business and a source of strategic value to ALC’s entire dealer network.”
“AERO and ALC share the same core values. We’re passionate about building automation and equally committed to employee development and complete customer satisfaction,” said Loving. “We’re looking forward to introducing our customers to the broader range of solutions, services, and resources we now offer as part of Automated Logic.”
