• Aire Serv’s (Waco, Texas) Doyle James (right), president, received his certified franchise executive designation from the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE).

• The Carbon Monoxide Safety Association (COSA), the Bacharach Institute of Technical Training (New Kensington, Pa.), HVAC Excellence (Mt. Prospect, Ill.), and Intellitech College (Colorado Springs, Colo.) will be hosting a “Carbon Monoxide and Combustion Analysis Train the Trainer” program, June 20-21.

• North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is sponsoring two-minute spots on CNBC and launched an HVAC spot on public television stations on May 6.
