For real-time access to key sales information through a smartphone or tablet computer, a mobile-optimized version of the online Partner Portal has been introduced. Currently available for iPhone®, iPad®, and Android® devices, the mobile version directly connects to the full Partner Portal on the manufacturer’s website, providing installer and dealer partners with instant access to the site’s content from virtually any location. The Partner Portal helps installers and dealers respond more quickly to customers’ inquiries while they are on the road and also serves as a go-to resource for technical support questions. Features include the ability to view sales lead details with one click from the lead notification email; call or email leads directly from a smartphone or tablet computer; easily look up directions, comments, and notes; and quickly contact the manufacturer’s technical support. Partners with supported devices will be presented with an Email Mobile Login option, which will send an email to the account listed in their user profile. The email will contain a unique URL to the mobile Partner Portal site and a PIN to enter the site.
