American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning (Tyler, TX) announces that it will increase prices 3% on selected light commercial unitary packaged equipment and split systems. The increase will be effective with shipments beginning January 1, 2001.

The Trane Company, Unitary Products Group (Tyler, TX) announces that it will increase prices 3% on selected light and large commercial unitary packaged equipment, air-cooled chillers, and split systems. The increase will be effective with shipments beginning January 1, 2001.

National Starch and Chemical Co. (Bridgewater, NJ) announces that effective immediately it is adding a 9.5% surcharge to the price of all liquid adhesives sold in the U.S., due to rapidly escalating raw material costs.
