The outgoing AMCA International president, Pete Neitzel, Greenheck Fan Corp., was installed as the new chairman of the board. Gary Benson, Mechanovent Corp., was installed as the new vice president; Denis Labelle, T.A. Morrison & Co. Inc., as treasurer; and Arthur LaPointe, Construction Specialties, as director-at-large on the executive committee.

Re-elected to the board of directors were Michael Barry, Twin City Fan Co. Ltd.; Vic Colwell, Loren Cook Co.; Robert Van Becelaere, Ruskin Co.; Mike Almaguer, Potteroff; and C.F. Yang, Kruger Ventilation Industries Pte. Ltd.

Newly elected to the board of directors were Pat Williams III, Breidert Air Products, a Division of Soler & Palau Ventilation Group, and George Atkinson, Hartzell Fan Co.
