Nortec Acquires EEC
OGDENSBURG, NY — Nortec Industries, Inc., has acquired Environmental Engineering Concepts Inc. (EEC) of Palm Springs, CA. EEC specializes in the design and manufacture of high-pressure fogging systems.
EEC’s patented products are sold under the trademarks MicroCool, EnviroMist, and MicroFog.
“With the acquisition of EEC,” said Nortek president Urs Schenk, “we now have a full range of advanced humidification technologies that are completely complementary to each other, and our customers have access to the best products and services for every application.”
