The CapCover™ is a protective covering for the outside portion of the air conditioning unit. Its design fits most outdoor condensers, states the company. It is constructed of lightweight, heavy-duty, water-repellant materials. Two choices of materials are offered: canvas duck marine or reinforced, PVC-coated polyester. The color of the cover is light gray. According to the company, the cover will stand up to harsh UV rays and hard winter weather, and is quickly installed over the top of a unit, coming down over the sides only a few inches.
