CHICAGO - Superior Boiler Works Inc. is showcasing a model cut-away boiler based on the company’s advanced Super Seminole design, which is coupled with Superior’s Heatsponge Economizer as part of a system package. The combination promises to deliver greater efficiencies than standard designs. The Super Seminole is a three-pass wetback Scotch Marine boiler capable of operating at low and high pressures with multiple energy sources. When packaged with a Heatsponge Economizer, its overall efficiency improves by approximately 8 percent.
