The office is located at 15712 SW 41st St., Suite 6, Davie, Fla. The new office provides customers with equipment and parts warehouses where stocked goods can be directly accessed to help them to reduce transportation costs and wait times. The facility will also include a training center that can hold up to 70 people. The training center is intended to be used by installing contractors, consulting specifying engineers, building owners, and local industry organizations.

“As part of our technology offering, it is McQuay’s intent to continue to set the standard in advancing sustainable design to help customers meet increasing demands for building design and construction,” said Victor Baumzweig, district sales manager of the South Florida office. “By offering equipment sales, factory service and OEM parts under one roof, we are making it even more convenient for customers to access these technologies.”
