Fedders introduced its line of 12 SEER central air conditioning products late last year and showcased them at the 2004 International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo) and 2004 International Builders' Show in January. The 12 SEER split A/C condensing unit is available with a performance range of 18,500-55,000 Btuh and the heat pump condensing units have a range of 17,600-54,000 Btuh.

Fedders offers a 10-year warranty on the compressor; both the condensing units and the air handlers have five-year warranties.
