York Unitary Products Group (UPG) (Norman, OK) will increase the parts warranty to five years on all brands of residential products for installations made after Jan. 1, 2001. The exceptions to the extended warranty will be the Value-Line and Manufactured Housing products that UPG manufactures.
Broan-NuTone LLC (Hartford, WI) announces that it has broken ground on an expansion to its world headquarters in Hartford, WI. Approximately 23,000 sq ft of office space will be added and an additional 26,000 sq ft will be remodeled.

Lau Juarez manufactures air-moving products for the hvac industry, and assembled products at the facility include metal stamped propellers, tangential wheels, and furnace wheels.
