The new position of field application consultant has been created to support the needs of specifying engineers and design-build organizations. The role will be filled by three of Lennox’s award-winning commercial consultants: Steve Donley, Rusty Brown and Jim Cavanagh. With the continued growth of strategic services, Craig McCarty and Michael Rice will take on roles as project managers, strategic services. John Whinery will oversee their team. Specialized commercial customer service support teams are being reorganized in Lennox’s corporate headquarters in Richardson, Texas, to support both district sales and national accounts.
