Danfoss announced today that it has acquired full ownership of the joint venture company Danfoss Turbocor Compressors, in which Danfoss has had a 50 percent owner’s share since 2004. The company develops and produces high-efficiency variable speed compressors in the capacity range of 75-200 tons per unit.
