CPS Products Inc. has been acquired by Harbour Group, announced Ed Jeffers, CPS’s chief executive officer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CPS is a manufacturer of tools, equipment, and instruments used by technicians who service commercial HVACR and automotive a/c systems.
Honeywell has announced that it has begun shipping additional quantities of HFO-1234yf, which it markets as Solstice™ yf. The refrigerant is targeted for the automotive market, although other HFO configurations are being developed for stationary applications.
