Hybrid Units Provide a 12 Percent Reduction in Resort’s Energy Bill

The Cove at Yarmouth, located in West Yarmouth, Mass., was throwing money down the drain with its former hot water heaters. Eventually, the resort’s general manager decided to make a change. Murphy’s Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing recommended the Eternal hybrid water heater.
Peirce-Phelps Inc. has announced that Foley Mechanical, Medford, N.J., is the winner of the 2012 Q4 sales competition for Eternal hybrid water heaters. The competition was sponsored by Philadelphia-based Peirce-Phelps and Grand Hall, manufacturer of the Eternal hybrid water heater line.
In the winter of 2011, Steve Lonsway, president and brewmaster of the Stone Cellar Brewpub & Stone Arch Brew House in Appleton, Wis., was faced with a challenge.
