Lennox International Inc. has announced plans to divest its Service Experts business, which consists of dealer-contractors providing heating and cooling equipment installation and service primarily to the residential market. Lennox said it will retain the commercial service business called Lennox National Account Services.

Two of San Antonio’s top air conditioning and heating companies are merging operations. Elmer Zubiate, owner of On Time Elmer, has acquired the San Antonio franchise of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The two companies have merged under the new name of Elmer’s One Hour Air.
