The global air filter market is predicted to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.6 percent during the forecast period of 2016-2020, driven by IAQ concerns, according to a market research report from ReportsnReports.
American Air Filter Co. Inc., d/b/a AAF International, announced it has acquired Flanders Holdings LLC, a leading air filter manufacturer in the U.S. With this acquisition, Flanders will be integrated into AAF, with the combination creating the largest air filter company of its type in the North American and global air filtration markets, said AAF.
An undercharge of refrigerant will cause low head and suction pressures, but that is not the only thing that will cause both pressures to be low. An undercharge will have low condenser liquid subcooling readings on the high side, where a dirty air filter for the evaporator will not produce low condenser liquid subcooling readings.

Daikin Industries Ltd., through its subsidiary American Air Filter Co. Inc., has announced the acquisition of U.S. air filter manufacturer Flanders Holdings LLC, Washington, North Carolina. The acquisition price is $430 million.
