Lennox International Inc. announced that its board of directors has elected CEO Todd M. Bluedorn as chairman of the board of directors and Richard L. Thompson as lead director. These changes will be effective upon conclusion of the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders.

ClimaCool Corp., a leader in modular chiller manufacturing, has moved to a new facility, consolidating its operations. The 75,000-square-foot manufacturing facility includes a test stand for AHRI certification/performance testing, new production equipment, a training facility, and administrative offices.

Generac Power Systems Inc., a leading manufacturer of backup power equipment including residential, commercial, and industrial generators, announced that it will commit $5-6 million to expanding and remodeling its headquarters and an additional $3-4 million in upgrades to create a technical center.

Hartzell Air Movement has broken ground on a construction project that will allow the production of fans with centrifugal wheel widths of up to 89 inches in all materials of construction. Called the High Bay Project, it will add 30,000 square feet of manufacturing space to Hartzell’s Piqua operations.
