Jan. 12, 2007: ACCA Seeks Responses to Its Trane Commercial Contractor Survey

ARLINGTON, Va. - As part of its ongoing discourse and increased and better relations with manufacturers, the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) is presenting contractors with a survey on The Trane Company’s relations with the HVAC commercial contracting community.

The results of ACCA’s 2007 Trane Commercial Contractor Survey are to be gathered and used in the following manner:

1. If you participate in the survey, the overall results will be e-mailed to you at its completion (all individual results are held confidential); and

2. The results will be presented to Trane representatives at an upcoming meeting on Feb. 14 with the ACCA CO-STARS team. CO-STARS is the “Committee On Special Talks to Advance Relations and Strategies” - comprised of 10-12 ACCA contractor members - which was created to target existing issues between manufacturers and contractors as well as to highlight those areas of collaboration on ideas that are good for the industry as a whole.

If you are a commercial contractor, and you maintain a business relationship with The Trane Company, you can access ACCA’s 2007 Trane Commercial Contractor Survey at www.zoomerang.com/survey.zgi?p=WEB225ZK3YLLU3.
