Flame has appointed Bill Demeter as new construction manager. Craig Przepiorka has been named to the position of add-on replacement manager. Douglas Reed has been appointed as a commercial sales representative.

As new construction manager, Demeter will be responsible for all aspects of serving clients who are building new buildings, facilities, and homes. Demeter has worked for Flame Furnace for 12 years.

As add-on replacement manager, Przepiorka will be responsible for all aspects of serving clients who need to modify existing HVAC and electrical systems. Przepiorka has worked for Flame Furnace for 30 years.

As commercial sales representative, Reed will develop commercial sales and oversee customer service. Reed brings 25 years service in the HVAC field, including 12 years with Supreme Heating and Cooling. His experiences include commercial sales, sales and operational management, as well as project management.
