On Aug. 18, on behalf of the foundation, Jeff Liter of Equiguard and Glen Roberson, technical division chair, will present a check for $2,000 to student recipient Corey Bruns to continue his studies in HVACR. The presentation will take place at 4 p.m. at Ivy Tech State College, Lafayette, Ind.

The scholarship is being fully funded by Equiguard.

EAF is a nonprofit organization created to attract, educate, and develop students in HVACR programs by awarding as many scholarships as possible for the education of the future workforce of the contracting industry. One hundred percent of all contributions go directly to the foundation scholarship fund, and all administrative expenses are paid by Excellence Alliance.
