The company has introduced two new electronic cold controls — type ETC — which complement its existing line of electromechanical controls. The units control cabinet temperature directly with low energy consumption, says the manufacturer. Because the sensors are NTC thermistors, temperature control is independent of barometric pressure. The controls allow regulation with minimal temperature differential, the company says, making them suitable for such applications as glass door merchandisers, ice banks, and others.
