Build.com Chooses Loan Liaison For Online Loan Solution

BOONSBORO, Md. - Loan Liaison has announced that Build.com Building & Home Improvement Network has signed an agreement to offer its members and visitors to HomeBuilding.com, PlumbingHVAC.com, HomeIdeas.com, and KBSource.com an online loan solution for consumers and contractors.

Through a co-branded Contractor and Consumer Loan Solutions (CCLS) Web site, visitors and members of the Build.com sites can apply for a home equity loan or line of credit, an unsecured personal loan, up to four no-annual-fee credit cards, or a commercial loan if they own a business.

After completing a short application, the information is securely forwarded to selected lenders who will best suit the needs and desires of the borrower, says Loan Liaison.

"The various Build.com Internet properties are amongst the most highly regarded within the home improvement industry," said Jesse Barron, chief executive officer of Loan Liaison. "When it comes to working with companies for our CCLS program, Build.com was always viewed as the ideal strategic partner ... since they are one of the very few online resources catering to both consumers and industry professionals."
