Bryant honored 15 Factory Authorized Dealers as the regional winners of its 2009 Medal of Excellence.

INDIANAPOLIS - Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems announced its 2009 Medal of Excellence regional winners. Fifteen Bryant Factory Authorized Dealers throughout the United States and Canada were selected for the prestigious award.

“Bryant has always been committed to providing dependable, worry-free comfort, but we couldn’t do that without our dealers who sell the products, install them, and keep them running smoothly,” said Tom Archer, Bryant brand manager. Medal of Excellence applicants are judged on overall Bryant branded product sales growth, high-efficiency and IAQ equipment sales growth, customer satisfaction, and participation in various dealer programs and promotions. There is also a self-assessment component to the scoring. The applicants with the highest overall scores are chosen as regional winners.

The 15 winners represented five different geographic regions. Each region featured three tiers of winners based on total annual sales volume. Tier 1 winners included W.M. Buffington Co. Inc. (Highspire, Pa.), Geno’s Plumbing & Heating (Albert Lea, Minn.), Sunset Mechanical Services Inc. (Charlotte, N.C.), M.E. Brown Air Conditioning (Houston, Texas), and A.C. Cool Inc. (Orange, Calif.).

Tier 2 honorees included Tuckers Air Conditioning & Heating (Gaithersburg, Md.), Hader Heating & Cooling Inc. (Cincinnati), Goose Creek Heating & Air (Goose Creek, S.C.), Doug’s Refrigeration Inc. (Thibodaux, La.), and Steve’s Heating & A/C (Upland, Calif.).

Tier 3 Medal of Excellence winners included Gaithersburg A/C & Heating Inc. (Gaithersburg, Md.), Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning (Edina, Minn.), AAA Modern Air Inc. (Dania, Fla.), Jon Wayne Heating & Air Conditioning (San Antonio), and Green Valley Cooling & Heating (Green Valley, Ariz.).
