Associations for the Week: The Air Movement and Control Association International,

  • The Air Movement and Control Association International (AMCA International) announces that Plymovent is now participating in AMCA International’s Certified Ratings Program. Recently, AMCA International licensed eight models of centrifugal fans:

    — 9000 Series centrifugal fans;

    — 1300 Series centrifugal fans, direct drive;

    — 1800 Series centrifugal fans, direct drive;

    — 2100 Series centrifugal fans, direct drive;

    — 3000 Series centrifugal fans, direct drive;

    — 4700 Series centrifugal fans, direct drive;

    — 6000 Series centrifugal fans, direct drive; and

    — 7500 Series centrifugal fans, direct drive.

  • AMCA International also announces that Captive-Aire Systems, Inc., is now participating in AMCA International’s Certified Ratings Program. AMCA International recently licensed three models of power roof fans.
  • Finally, AMCA International announces that Kruger Ventilation Industries Co., Ltd. (Thailand), is now participating in AMCA International’s Certified Ratings Program. AMCA International recently licensed five models of centrifugal fans:
  • — Model FDA double-inlet centrifugal fan with forward wheels;

    — Model BDA double-inlet centrifugal fan with backward wheels;

    — Model KAT double-inlet centrifugal fan with forward wheels;

    — Model BSA single-inlet centrifugal fan with backward wheels; and

    — Model FSA single- inlet centrifugal fan with forward wheels.
