American Standard Dealer Outfits High-End Kentucky Home

GOSHEN, KY — American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning's independent dealer Bryant/Burnett Heating & Air Conditioning Co., Inc., is fulfilling the hvac needs of a large 18,000-sq-ft home here in Goshen. American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning, Tyler, TX, is a division of American Standard Companies, Inc.

Located about 30 minutes outside of Louisville, KY, this multi-million dollar, new construction home features 10 Allegiance air conditioners and 10 Freedom gas furnaces. The Allegiance installations range from 10- to 16-SEER units. The single 10-SEER unit resides in the pool house alongside a Freedom 90 single-stage gas furnace. The main home is equipped with nine Allegiance 16 air conditioners and nine Freedom 90 two-stage Comfort-RTM gas furnaces.

In addition, Bryant/Burnett furnished the house with six humidifiers and 10 air cleaners.

“This is a unique home whose large size presented an hvac challenge,” said Douglas M. Burnett, owner of Bryant/Burnett Heating & Air Conditioning. “Ultimately, the homeowners decided on a combination of several different American Standard units to do the job. Both the Allegiance and Freedom units are designed to perform better over time, delivering maximum comfort and efficiency to the homeowners as they enjoy the house for years to come.”

The homeowners broke ground in September 1999 and expect to take residence in September of this year. The traditional home is situated on eight acres of land and features unique carpentry and wood paneling along with custom brick design and stone work.

Simpson Distributing in Louisville, KY, supplies the American Standard residential heating and cooling products to Bryant/Burnett.
