AHR Expo Invites Teachers, Students

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — Instructors and students are invited to the upcoming International Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo) on Jan. 14-16, 2002, at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

If instructors respond with the following information, typed, on school letterhead, by Dec. 28, 2001, the entrance fee is waived and name badges are mailed to the instructor so they do not have to wait in line through the registration process. Included in the letter must be the name of each instructor with an “I” by the name, and the name of each student with an “S” by the name.

If teachers respond after Dec. 28, 2001, but before Jan. 4, 2002, they and their students can still receive complimentary admission, but will have to go to the show office, Room 312, at the Convention Center, to pick up badges.

The information must be faxed to: International Exposition Company, attention Bev Sutherland, 203-221-9260.

In addition to the show, a workshop for instructors and students on industry events, trends, and programs will take place on Jan. 16 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in room 315 at the convention center. In order to participate in this free workshop, send the same participant list to Leslie Sandler at the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) with a notation of those who will be attending the special workshop. Sandler’s fax number is: 703-528-3816.
