CLEVELAND - Data-Basics, a leading provider of enterprise software for the service, construction, and facilities industries, has scheduled its 2005 SAM Pro Enterprise Best Practices and User's Group Meeting for Sept. 11-13, 2005, in Cleveland. The annual event is open to all companies currently using SAM Pro Enterprise or other Data-Basics software products.

This focus of this year's seminar will be implementing best practices for firms that use SAM Pro Enterprise, says the company. These practices include maximizing software tools in managing daily tasks, implementing wireless technician devices to reduce back office overhead, and utilizing SAM Pro Enterprise's Escalation Manager technology to track and minimize potential problems. The seminar will also include a preview of the next version of SAM Pro Enterprise, version 7.0.

"For current users, the event is essential not only to improve their understanding of the software, but for relaying to us how they use SAM Pro every day," said Art Divell, Data-Basics' CEO. "It's three days of information and collaboration with one goal: maximizing the return on investment that each company has made in SAM Pro Enterprise."

According to Data-Basics, the seminar will feature multiple session tracks to facilitate small but diverse user groups. Each group will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge with a range of users in industries that include service and construction, equipment sales and distribution, facilities management, and national accounts. Users will also have the opportunity to network with one another.
