Hardhatz.com Aids the Construction Trade

FLORENCE, AZ. – Hardhatz.com, a website designed for aiding contractors and subcontractors in their search for available workers, was recently launched. The premise behind the website is to make finding workers for particular jobsites easier and more economical.

Construction workers have the ability to list their current location, trade experience, and desired pay. Employers then view the worker’s online information and determine if they match the needs of the workforce needed for the jobsite. In addition, employers can also list open positions on the website.

Workers can list rides needed or offered on the website’s Truckpool Classified area, further enhancing the claim that Hardhatz.com is “environmentally friendly” by keeping more vehicles off the road or cutting down on distances traveled by workers between jobsites.
