The TeleNav Track™ is an on-demand, comprehensive GPS-based workforce management solution. Features include location tracking, mileage tracking, wireless time sheets, alerts, and detailed location reporting to capture field data. A premium version is available with features that include wireless forms, dispatching, barcode-scanning support, and voice and on-screen turn-by-turn GPS directions. The application also offers enterprise organizations the option of full integration with back-office systems using Web services application programming interface (API) and other connectors. With TeleNav Track, managers and dispatchers use a Web-based interface to see where their mobile workers are, assign new jobs based on their location, provide accurate estimated time of arrival, and keep record of customer visits. Workers in the field can capture data on job tasks and use their mobile device as a time card; clocking in and out of work without having to go to the office. The application can be used via the Motorola PDA-like MC35 Enterprise Digital Assistant (EDA).
