NORMAN, Okla. - The York® School Colors Tailgate Display from Johnson Controls is traveling around the country this fall, helping York dealers and distributors introduce customers to the college logo and color panels that fit the York Affinity™ line of heat pumps.

The three-part display includes a trailer flanked by two enclosed climate-controlled tents. The trailer is equipped with two York Affinity heating and cooling systems to provide comfort to visitors in the adjacent tents. The tents are outfitted with sofas and chairs, flat screen televisions, and video game consoles.

The tents also display some of the more than 77 college and university logo panels currently available on the Affinity series of residential air conditioners and heat pumps. The York brand of Johnson Controls has signed agreements with the Atlanta-based Collegiate Licensing Co. and the Michigan-based License Resource Group in order to offer the logo panels that replace the standard condensing-unit panels.

Since last September, the York School Colors Tailgate Display has visited approximately 50 events, including football games, home shows, dealer and distributor events, and open houses. In the pictures above, the Johnson Controls displays were at Georgia Tech and an Oklahoma University game.
