According to the company, contractors and technicians alike have waited upwards of 30 days to receive their certification results. With ESCO Online, the test taker receives their test results at the time of testing.

The exam remains a closed-book test; the PROCTOR LOG-IN section of the website allows proctors to securely conduct testing over the Internet. Once the exam is completed, the results appear on screen within seconds. Certifica-tion documents are mailed the next business day.
