NORCROSS, Ga. - Reed Construction Data has announced the launch of Reed Construction Forecast Monthly. This electronic newsletter is a collection of industry data and statistics combined with industry analyses and forecasts.

According to the company, included are key economic indicators such as housing starts, commercial starts, commodity prices, inflation rates, consumer confidence index, and purchasing manager index for both the U.S. and Canada. The newsletter is distributed to subscribers via e-mail and available online at www.reedconstructionmonthly.com, where subscribers can access past and current issues and download charts, tables, and data.

The publication gives subscribers the ability to download published data and use it to further analyze for their own specific needs and forecasting efforts, stated George Haddad, vice president of Reed Construction Data's Product Management and Marketing groups. "Reading and reviewing the information provides one level of usefulness, but accessing the data behind it and incorporating it with their data is an entirely new level of value."

"It is obvious that the line up of economists we have working on this publication makes it one of the strongest forecasting tools for construction industry professionals," said Curtis Allen, president of Reed Construction Data. "Each brings his own area of expertise to the table and what results is a thorough review and projection of both the U.S. and Canadian construction markets."
