AURORA, CO — IntelliReady Inc., a home and office technology integrator and digital services provider, announced that it has signed an agreement to buy JEB Electric, a specialty contractor located in Denver, CO.

Founded in 1993, JEB Electric specializes in two areas of electrical contracting: high-voltage inside wiring for new construction and retrofit, and heating-cooling in new construction and remodeling jobs. JEB brings a large potential customer base for its wireless bundled digital services and custom installation operations, and will create combined projected revenues for the two companies of $8.6 million in the first 12 months of operations.

Scott Campbell, president and ceo of IntelliReady, said, “The acquisition of JEB will help [IntelliReady] consolidate subcontractors in its wiring operations and produce some economies of scale, as well as substantial top-line revenue.

“Additionally, JEB brings a keen understanding of the home security industry and environmental controls. With energy prices trending upwards over the long term, we believe that [IntelliReady’s] ability to help homeowners and business owners reduce energy costs will be a key component of future growth.”
