TORONTO - Cimatec Environmental Engineering Inc. released its third quarter financial results which showed a strong increase in revenue as a result of increased sales in its traditional HVAC wholesale and contractor distribution channel and because of the successful launch of Cimatec's 1-inch electronic Model 1500 air filter under a new brand name, "TOX BOX, the next generation electronic air purifier." TOX BOX was developed exclusively for the retail distribution channel that serves homeowners (www.toxbox.ca).

"We recently launched our new TOX BOX nationally with The Home Depot Canada," said Andrew Roblin, Cimetec president. "Canadian homeowners and their families are looking for indoor air quality solutions and TOX BOX is the 1-inch electronic air filter that gets the really harmful stuff, like benzene, formaldehyde, viruses, bacteria, and many other pathogens. It's engineered to maximize airflow and reduce hydro bills, it's easy to install and plug in, but most importantly it truly detoxifies the air in your home, down to the smallest particulate.

"While many individual homeowners will look for indoor air quality (IAQ) solutions from their local HVAC contractor or duct cleaner, others choose to find solutions directly. The Home Depot is the number one home improvement retailer in the world and the opportunity to offer the TOX BOX nationally in Canada is a major step in our continued efforts to make affordable, leading IAQ technology solutions available to all homeowners and their families."

"Sales were $840,434 in the third quarter, up 108 percent compared to $403,495 in the third quarter of 2004, while earnings from operations in the first nine months of 2005 were $19,026 versus a 2004 loss from operations of $667,934 for the same period," reported Jeff Chesebrough, Cimatec's COO. "And we look forward to carrying this momentum through the fourth quarter of 2005 and into 2006."
