SAN FRANCISCO - Aligo Inc., a global leader in mobile field force software solutions, has completed the acquisition of H2 Technologies, a developer of service management, dispatching, and mobile field service software specifically designed for service and specialty contractors. Aligo and H2 Technologies are privately held companies and the terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Former H2 Technologies CEO John McCarthy has been named vice president of sales and will spearhead Aligo operations in Atlanta. "By joining forces with Aligo, H2 can now accelerate the development of leading mobile solutions for service and specialty contractors," he said. "We are excited to choose a path of growth and innovation for H2, for our customers, and for our employees."

Aligo said it has increased its customer base to more than 1,200 with the acquisition.
