The Kwik-Charger® service manifold features a built-in control valve, which charges refrigeration systems up to eight times faster than conventional manifolds, the company states. The manifold features nonflutter gauges with high-visibility faceplates for viewing temperature and pressure readings. Engaging the Kwik-Charger refrigerant control valve enables the manifold to accept liquid refrigerant from the tank, including newer blended refrigerants that charge to the low side of the system. The unit works with all refrigerants. Features include diaphragm-style, soft-seat valves, which require a one-half turn to open or close completely, and PolarShield® charging hose (800 pounds per square inch working pressure and 4,000 pounds per square inch burst pressure).
