The Caddy® rooftop pipe support is an alternative to wood blocks, straps, clips, and other methods for supporting pipes and conduit on roofs. This UV-rated sled-design support for completing low-pipe-count runs has a footprint of 4 by 5 inches, distributes the load evenly, and protects the roof membrane. The support either can be bonded to the roof or float with pipe expansion and contraction. It holds up to three 1/2-inch or two 3/4- or 1-inch pipes or conduit. The device has an integral pipe-retaining mechanism that ratchets down to hold pipes securely or can be set for loose guiding to accommodate for thermal changes. No tools or fasteners are needed for installation, states the manufacturer.
