Shinyei Corp. of America has introduced its AES-1000 Aerosol Monitor, a low-cost unit designed to monitor indoor air particulate level, says the company. The monitor shows current indoor air cleanliness level by using a scale of one to 10 LED lights. Its newly developed aerosol sensor can detect airborne particles down to 0.3 microns, the company says. Users can set this monitor up anywhere they would like to check the particulate level of indoor air.
