FALLS CHURCH, Va. - Sometimes a weakness can be a strength - at least if you know how to turn it into one. During a session titled "A Psychologist Looks at Leadership," Quality Service Contractors' Power Meeting XXII opening keynote speaker Dr. Glenn Saltzman will explain how successful business leaders can turn what might be seen as personal faults into strengths to make them better leaders. Saltzman also will give coaching hints to help the audience become better leaders in their businesses.
