The KM-320M_H modular crescent cube ice machine produces up to 352 pounds of ice in 24 hours. Within the ice-making zone, the unit is protected by HoshiGuard antimicrobial agent. The ice machine features a stainless steel evaporator that allows for individual cubes to be formed on both sides of the evaporator. According to the manufacturer, the design allows for the freezing of the purest water, and formation of crystal-clear cubes. The EverCheck® alert system sounds an audible warning when the machine is in need of service. CycleSaver® design allows the units to produce the same quantity of ice in about half the cycles of other ice machines, claims the company. The slim line unit complies with the new California Energy Commission (CEC) requirement for improved water and electricity consumption by January 2008.
