The Web portal for the ForeFront® Construction Management Software gives a construction company's employees and customers access to critical data and functions in ForeFront from any computer with an Internet connection. The Web portal also can be used to create and maintain any or all of the company's Web site content. The Time and Quantity Entry application expedites employee time card entry from the field. With the Service Inquiry and Request application, the construction company's customer enters a service request into ForeFront. The contractor analyzes the request and determines how to proceed before responding to the customer. The Web portal also gives customers real-time access to their complete service and billing history online.
