GPS TimeTrack 2.0 is a hosted software application that runs on GPS-enabled phones for locating and managing field employees. The Smart-Job Zones is a new feature of the system. A "geofence" can be created around a geographic area. Whenever a mobile worker enters or leaves this region, the "job start" or "job end" activity is captured by the service. Date Shuttle has the ability to pick up job information from a company's existing dispatch application and subsequently transport that information to the mobile worker's phone. Then, completed job data is sent back to the company's database. Another option allows companies to integrate data with route optimization software. This capability enables companies to view scheduled versus actual start/stop times for deliveries.
