FALLS CHURCH, Va. - Quality Service Contractors (QSC) members who attended last month's Power Meeting in San Francisco learned how to bounce back faster, stronger, and wiser from daily stress and setbacks.

"Rebounding from daily stress and setbacks is essential for balance, happiness, and achievement," said Roger Crawford, the key-note speaker. "There is no limit to how high you can bounce."

He gave tips for triumphing over tough times, harnessing inner strength, and viewing obstacles as opportunities.

Also at the meeting, Gary Elekes of the QSC marketing team showed how QSC members can use the new Web-based training and education program, which provides business, marketing, and operational training, a learning library, and live Web broadcasts.

It also features an electronic "ask the experts" consulting system. QSC members further learned how to develop a marketing plan, work with family members, deal with angry people, and get involved in the legislative process.

The next power meeting is Feb. 22-24, 2005, in Savannah, Ga. For more information, visit www.qsc-phcc.org.
