ANAHEIM, Calif. - Sensistor Technologies, a leak detection equipment manufacturer headquartered in Sweden, is announcing a collaboration with Parker Hannifin. Parker's Climate & Industrial Controls Group will represent Sensistor's line of industrial leak detection systems in the U.S. air conditioning and refrigeration market.

Sensistor's products include the H2000, which uses hydrogen as a tracer gas to detect leaks. It is said to be sensitive and selective to hydrogen gas and can be used to detect leaks that are smaller than bacteria.

"This alliance with Parker Hannifin will allow us to expand our presence in the U.S. market," said Mikael Ekstrom, vice president of marketing for Sensistor. "Our products will complement their current product offering."

The collaboration provides a "solution for containing and detecting small molecule leaks," stated Adrian Joseph, Parker marketing manager.
